Video Paradise was greatly involved in supporting Walter Day in the early days of the Twin Galaxies International Scoreboard. The images below are the official rules governing video game play for submission of high scores to the Scoreboard.
The rules are displayed on three (3) separate web pages, this being the first. (a link to the next page is at the bottom of each page)
These rules were in effect for the 1983 Video Game Masters Tournament. At the time I made "notations" which you will see in red. Some were to correct errors, some to modify information given to me by Walter after the printing of this document.
Remember, this is HISTORICAL, it is not today's rules which are more involved and somewhat different.
